Getting straight to the point… Music has been my obsession since day one. It’s all I have ever known. From organising gigs for my own band in Norwich at fifteen to curating a new music radio show at university, I’ve always been driven by the thrill of discovery. Championing writers, artists, and producers with that unmistakable spark has been the throughline of my career. Not just the high-flyers, but the highly talented underdogs too.

I began my journey at labels like Relentless Records and Cooking Vinyl, before a stint in music PR helped sharpen my storytelling instincts. I then spent over eight years in the A&R department at Decca Records, where I honed my craft and signed and developed a diverse range of talent.

After achieving everything I set out to at Decca, I co-launched Made Records (with my great friend Per Mygland), a feeder label to UMG where I’ve led A&R for the past seven years. I have also worked on high profile music brand collaborations including a Coke Studios x UMG project working on huge artist ‘collisions’ across the globe. These countries included China, Egypt, South Africa, India, The Philippines and more.

Alongside my label work, I’ve spent the last two years as Head of New Business at VierLive, an innovative live-streaming platform focused on superfans and next-gen artist experiences. Most recently, I’ve joined forces with Creator Studio, H&M’s merch innovation arm, to explore how artists can build deeper worlds and revenue through design-led product ,adding a powerful new dimension to my work.

Across 20 years in the industry, I’ve managed artists, songwriters, and producers including Couros Sheibani and Mathi Wang, the latter culminating in a successful publishing deal.
