VierLive — Head of A&R & New Business

At VierLive, I led the creative and strategic direction for global artist showcases on a pioneering live-streaming and virtual events platform. Over my time there, I helped shape the platform into a tastemaker for Gen Z music audiences by marrying live digital experiences with cultural relevance and audience engagement.

I managed full-cycle A&R and partnership strategies, curating and delivering thousands of digital and hybrid live events across multiple territories. I built and nurtured relationships with 100+ record labels, agencies, and management teams, identifying talent and creating high-impact opportunities for both emerging and established artists. My collaborators included global acts such as girl in red, Wargasm, Pale Waves, Sigrid, Lau.ra, and 6arely Human.

In addition to talent strategy, I oversaw the operational delivery of artist programming, from onboarding and content capture to CRM-driven promotion and live tech execution. Across 350+ artist campaigns in 30+ countries, I developed genre-focused programming and creative fan engagement strategies that delivered meaningful connection and retention.
